Responsibilities


Identifying and targeting potential customers through telephone calls, email blasts etc
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
Promoting the bank's products and services to potential and existing customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conducting customer needs assessments and making recommendations for product and service offerings
Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing


Requirements


This is an entry level position for ND/HND/BSc graduate
Lagos Corp members with interest/experience in sales are encouraged to apply (CDS days are given)
Desired candidates must have loan sales experience and/or display willingness to learn
Candidate should possess customer service skills
Good telephone etiquette is required
Proven interest in sales is an advantage
