Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
Make Inbound and Outbound Calls to prospective clients
Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote banking products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions (e.g., loans, accounts, cards)
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a Business related field
1 - 2 years' experience in Telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management
Sales-driven with strong negotiation abilities
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
Time management and ability to meet targets under pressure
Basic financial product knowledge
Proficiency in CRM systems and computer applications
