Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote and sell the company's loan products to potential customers over the phone. The role involves contacting leads, explaining loan offerings, assessing customer needs, and converting prospects into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms clearly.
Generate and qualify leads for personal loans, business loans, or other financial products.
Follow up with interested customers to complete loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team to process loan applications.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or financial services sales.
Experience selling loans or financial products is an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.
