Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Telesales Representative.
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing product or service information, answering customer queries, and closing sales over the phone.
The role requires maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales is a plus
Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred but not required
