Job Summary
The Telesales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products over the phone, managing customer inquiries, and closing sales orders.
This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong customer service orientation to achieve set sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products, promotions, and offers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with customers to close sales.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams for product improvement.

Number of calls made per day/week
Sales conversion rate
Revenue generated
Customer retention and repeat purchase rate
Accuracy of order processing.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/NCE; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in FMCG, retail, or cosmetics).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive ability and confidence in closing sales.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
