We are a growing furniture manufacturing company looking for an energetic and result-driven Telesales Representative to market our professional wood panel cutting and edge banding services.
Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with carpenters, furniture makers, interior designers, and construction companies.
Promote our wood cutting, CNC, and edge banding services.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Send quotations and follow up on orders.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Keep proper records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of furniture production or woodwork industry is an added advantage.
Ability to use WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
