Key Responsibilities
Transactional Services: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and foreign currency exchange.
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and refer customers to specialized staff for products like loans or credit cards.
Cash Management:
Balance the cash drawer daily, count and package currency/coins, and manage vault cash
Security & Compliance: Adhere to strict anti-fraud protocols, verify customer identities, and comply with bank policies and regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate electronic records, scan checks, and ensure the workspace is organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of OND Upper credit, with experience in retail or cash handling preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and banking equipment.
Mathematical Skills: Strong, accurate basic math and counting skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Integrity: High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
