Key Responsibilities
Cash Management: Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.
Sales & Promotion: Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, savings accounts) to meet targets.
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products.
Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize losses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: OND upper credit only.
Experience: Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service.
Skills: High attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems.
Age: Maximum of 27 years old
