TrailMyCar Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Tender & Sales Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing tender opportunities, driving sales of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from government institutions, corporates, NGOs, and other organizations.
Review tender requirements, assess business opportunities, and coordinate the preparation and submission of complete and compliant tender documents within the required deadlines.
Maintain an updated tender pipeline and follow up on submitted tenders, outcomes, and potential business opportunities.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for vehicle tracking, fleet management, and other company products and services.
Generate leads through direct sales, corporate visits, networking, referrals, tenders, and other business development channels.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and client visits.
Understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, cross-selling, and customer referrals.
Identify new markets and potential corporate and institutional clients and support marketing and business development initiatives.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, corporate forums, and other business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on tender activities, sales performance, client engagement, leads, and business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, prospects, quotations, sales, and client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, Business Development, or a related field.
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in sales, tender management, business development, or a similar role.
Demonstrable experience in tender preparation and submission.
Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
Experience dealing with corporate, government, or institutional clients will be an added advantage.
Experience selling technical products, vehicle tracking, fleet management, security, or related solutions will be an added advantage.
