Job Summary
The Territory Developer (Sales Executive) is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through effective B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Manage and grow B2B customer accounts within the assigned location.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and customer needs.
Track competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, and activity reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections.
Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG experience is an advantage).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
