Responsibilities


Lead, coach, and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives to achieve sales and business growth targets.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve team sales performance through regular coaching and performance reviews.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within assigned territories.
Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities, identify opportunities, and assess market trends.
Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth across assigned locations.
Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment on campaigns and product offerings.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience managing field sales teams and delivering sales targets.
Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
