ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a hands-on, field-based Territory Sales Agent to support sales activities and product rollout within the assigned region. This role is very much about being on the ground — building presence, supporting product usage, and maintaining strong working relationships across the territory.
It's an execution-focused role suited to someone who understands the local market, is comfortable working independently, and can consistently follow through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out field-based sales and business development activities within the assigned region
Support product rollout and day-to-day usage in the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers
Deliver against agreed sales and activation targets
Share market insights, including customer feedback and competitor activity
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-through
Keep basic sales records and provide regular activity updates
Represent the company professionally in all external engagements
Participate in local activations, partner meetings, or industry events as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
2 - 4 years' experience in field sales, relationship management, or similar roles
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, telco, FMCG, or agency-based sales is an added advantage
Good understanding of the local market and business environment
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy; prior CRM exposure is a plus but not mandatory
