What You Will Do


The incumbent will be responsible for setting up distribution by designing beat plans for distributors within their territory in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure optimal market coverage
The role includes ensuring the availability of distributor infrastructure such as distribution units, warehouse facilities, beat plans, sales personnel, and adequate financing
The incumbent will manage distributors by tracking their efficiency, addressing issues promptly, and monitoring return on investment
They will maintain and manage the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate business tracking and provide regular reports to the head office and Regional Sales Manager as agreed
The role involves achieving assigned sales targets and breaking them down into channels and beats, with responsibility for both primary and secondary sales performance
The incumbent will oversee team management by reviewing distributor sales team performance and implementing training programs to drive improvement.
They will also gather and report market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities including promotions, product launches, and activations and communicating insights to the Regional Sales Manager and Head of Sales.
