About this role:
Our client, a leading importer and distributor of consumer products, including personal care, household goods, pharmaceuticals, and food items, is seeking a Sales Representative. The role focuses on driving growth through order generation, outlet expansion, visibility execution, and building strong trade relationships to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and deliver company products (FMCG/confectionery/household) to retail outlets along assigned routes.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain freshness standards.
Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing, promotions, and stock levels.
Reconcile daily sales, collections, and stock balances accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, road worthiness, and branding standards of the Tuk Tuk.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications:
KCSE Certificate minimum; Diploma in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Valid driving license (Class BCE or relevant for Tuk Tuk).
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in van/Tuk Tuk sales or FMCG distribution.
Good communication, numeracy, and record-keeping skills.
