Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field
8-10 years experience in travel consulting or tour operations.
Role Summary
Responsible for creating and managing customized travel experiences across Kenya and East Africa, including safari packages and multi-country itineraries. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Design personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets
Prepare competitive quotations and manage bookings
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and internal teams
Handle itinerary updates and client requests efficiently
Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain knowledge of East African destinations and travel trends
Support profitability through effective pricing and supplier negotiations
Skills & Competencies
Strong destination and itinerary planning knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wetu itinerary software
Strong problem-solving and supplier management skills
