KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.


Manage and supervise key accounts within the assigned region.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective market coverage strategies.
Generate leads and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and engagement.
Understand customer needs, anticipate opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales-related issues professionally and promptly.


REQUIREMENTS:


Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in home appliances or FMCG.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel and work in different regions across the country.
