Key Responsibilities
Project Assistance: Supporting senior engineers by preparing project designs (e.g., blueprints), data entry, and handling software tasks.
Research & Analysis: Gathering industry standards, studying technical specs, and testing engineering solutions or new products.
Site Visits & Inspections: Traveling to job or manufacturing sites to observe practices, assist in quality checks, and monitor safety compliances.
Documentation & Reporting: Compiling project data to help draft progress trackers, equipment lists, and technical documentation.
Continuous Learning: Shadowing experienced staff, attending internal training workshops, and participating in meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc.) in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software).
