The individual in the role is required to supports the Internal Sales Team by managing advertising placements, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the seamless execution of sales operations.
Application Management and Administration
Provide efficient support to internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
Manage and process incoming client orders and flighted applications across platforms.
Recommend alternative programming options to optimize revenue (upselling).
Ensure accuracy and compliance in processing client orders.
Issue and verify client contracts and order confirmations for billing.
Document application changes and reissue confirmations as necessary.
Load flighting codes and coordinate timely material delivery to the Transfers department.
Monitor schedules to ensure correct material placement and flighting.
Generate availability reports and flighted promotion certificates upon request.
Adhere to internal and external policies to prevent overbooking.
Maintain positive relationships with external sales executives and key stakeholders.
Data Management & Compliance
Gather, validate, and accurately capture data.
Maintain organized filing systems in line with departmental procedures.
Reporting
Pull daily, weekly, monthly report as per clients request and tracking purposes.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate is essential
Bachelors Degree in Media Studies is recommended
Experience
1 year in Advertising and/or Sales
Drivers Licences is recommended
