Freshmark is seeking a dynamic and driven Trainee Manager: Horticulture to participate in a structured 12-month development programme.
The successful candidate will gain practical exposure across our FlowerCo and Freshmark operations, developing operational, commercial, and people management skills within a fast-paced fresh produce environment.

What you bring


Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Economics, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
Valid drivers license
Strong operational aptitude and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fresh produce and agricultural markets
Willingness to travel and work across operational sites
