Trainee Supervisor at Prudent HR Solutions

Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Supervisor to support daily production activities while developing their leadership and supervisory skills.


Key Responsibilities


Follow all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Assist with glass cutting, packing and manufacturing activities.
Supply and manage materials and tools.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
Assist with loading trucks when required.
Learn to operate the overhead gantry safely.
Process glass off-cuts.
Monitor stock levels and participate in stock takes.
Ensure machinery and equipment are kept in good working order.
Develop leadership skills and take responsibility for daily production activities.
Perform other reasonable duties as required.
