To learn how to operate at least one of the following technologies in SMD as Cigarette Maker or a Cigarette Packer or a Filter Maker, including learning basic machine settings and learning basic maintenance on the same in SMD in order to consistently achieve set quality parameters and targeted production output.
Your key responsibilities will include: 
	Monitor product quality as per the specifications sheets and record the data on quality checklists and take corrective measures as and when necessary.
	Learn to carry out basic machine settings and maintenance e.g. changing garniture tape, knives & settings such circumference control during production and record them on appropriate DMS (Daily Management System) checklists.
	Report machine running faults and corrective measures taken on the outlined forms and checklists (physical and digital) and participate in maintenance when required as part of individual technical development & training process.
	Align production schedules to ensure products are made following the plan, maintaining safe machines.
	Coordinate with other Team members to ensure smooth start-ups, services restarting after power interruptions and concise hand over between shifts.
What are we looking for?
	Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
	The Job Holder must have at least an Ordinary National Diploma in Engineering.
	Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital to effectively work in a team and communicate with the team members, managers and other partners from other sections/departments.
