A leading consulting, learning and human development organization dedicated to helping individual and business unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a training coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, scheduling and execution of internal and external training programs.
Liaise with facilitators, trainers and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective programe delivery.
Manage training logistics, including venues, materials, participate communication and attendance tracking.
Monitor tracking implementation to ensure quality standards and learning objectives are met.
Maintain accurate training records, reports and documentations for management and donor or clients reporting
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Education, social science, business administration or any related field.
1-3 years proven experience in training coordination, program support, preferably in education, learning and development or human development sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with facilitators, participants and stakeholders.
