Worknigeria - Our client, aPrestigious Five-star Luxury Hotel is recruiting to fill the position of: Training Director. The position is located in Abuja (FCT) and Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related discipline with 8 12 years' progressive experience in hospitality training, learning and development, HR, talent development, or related functions and at least 3 5 years in a senior Training, L&D, Talent Development, or People Development leadership role. Experience working in Lagos, Abuja, or other African/emerging hospitality markets is an advantage.
