A leading consulting, learning, and human development organization dedicated to helping individuals and businesses unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a Training facilitator responsible for the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Facilitate training programs (physical, virtual, hybrid) in line with approved curriculum.
Deliver content using adult learning principles and experiential methodology.
Adapt delivery style to suit frontline staff, executive, mid-level, and C-suite managers.
Contribute to programme design, review and update training slides, manuals, case studies, etc.
Align training objectives with clients' expectations and support proposal input where required.
Maintain high delivery standards consistent with the firm's reputation.
Ensure training materials are error-free and professionally presented, etc.
Requirements
ND / B.Sc in Education, Social Science, Business Administration, or any related field. (Master's degree is an advantage)
4-5 years of proven track experience in corporate training, consulting, organizational development, or learning and development.
High executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skills, and
Ability to simplify complex concepts with instructional design capability.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
