Consulting DCC Enterprises is recruiting to fill the position of: Training Manager. The position is located in Lagos State. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes that improve employee capability, operational excellence, customer service, food safety, and leadership effectiveness across all outlets and production facilities. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a QSR, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing environment.
