Key Requirements and Qualifications

Education & Professional Certification


Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in fleet management/logistics or a related field.
Valid Driver's license with minimum class ABCE and NTSA PSV license.


Experience & Specialized Knowledge


Minimum of 5 years' experience in the transportation industry.
Knowledge of Laws, safety precautions, and rules about the transportation of children and the maintenance of vehicles.


Skills


Effective communication techniques using tact and professionalism.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel, and Word.
Complex problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.
