About the Role

This is where you come in. Below, you’ll find what this role is all about—the impact you’ll drive, the challenges you’ll tackle, and what it takes to thrive at Addi. If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Drive the financial stability and regulatory compliance of Addi’s treasury operations by delivering highly accurate daily liquidity management, rigorous risk analysis (LCR/IRL), and optimal legal reserve (Encaje) positioning. This ensures a foundation of excellence for Addi as we transform Latin America's financial ecosystem and scale as a regulated bank.

What you will do

  • Cash Flow Accuracy: Achieve and sustain 95% accuracy in the daily Cash Flow Projection model across all key time horizons (daily, weekly, monthly) within the first 6 months, ensuring management has a real-time, reliable view of liquidity surpluses and deficits.

  • Liquidity Risk Optimization: Model and project the Liquidity Risk Indicator (LCR/IRL) under various scenarios (standard and stress), providing a deviation analysis of 3% from actuals, and proactively recommend investment/divestment strategies to maintain the indicator within target ranges.

  • Encaje Efficiency: Analyze and project the daily Legal Reserve (Encaje) position, implementing a tracking and optimization strategy that reduces the opportunity cost of compliance by at least 10% in the first 12 months, without incurring non-compliance penalties.

  • Regulatory Reporting Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with Risk and Compliance teams to provide all required data for regulatory reports to the Superintendencia Financiera (SFC), ensuring a zero-gap/zero-rejection rate on Treasury-related report submissions in the first 12 months.

  • Treasury Data Automation: Design and implement a new, automated Treasury Dashboard (using SQL/Databricks/Netsuite data) to track key Cash & Projection KPIs, completing the initial development and rollout within the first 90 days.
