Responsbilities


Conduct detailed hair and scalp assessments using clinical tools, diagnose conditions (e.g., alopecia, infections), and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform specialized treatments such as scalp analysis, hair strengthening therapies, anti-hair loss protocols, and advanced procedures like PRP or microneedling (if certified).
Monitor the progress of all administered treatments and make necessary adjustments to the plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Provide expert professional advice and comprehensive education on preventative care, hair-care routines, product usage, and nutrition/lifestyle factors.
Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy, and conduct thorough follow-up after treatments to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate directly with the product development team on the formulation, testing, and improvement of hair-care products.
Evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new products before public release and provide scientific reviews to validate all marketing claims, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Maintain detailed, confidential client medical records, diagnoses, and treatment progress, and prepare regular reports on client outcomes and product feedback.
Actively keep updated with the latest research, treatments, and innovations in the field of trichology.
Train internal teams on hair/scalp health and product knowledge, and represent the company at client events, workshops, or industry conferences.


Requirements


Certification or Diploma in Trichology from a recognized institution.
Additional training in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hair and scalp treatment, preferably in a clinical or cosmetic setting.
Strong understanding of scalp biology, hair anatomy, nutrition, and hair-care science.
