Job Responsibilities for Truck Driver:
Operate company trucks safely in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Transport goods to assigned destinations promptly.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
Ensure proper loading and securing of goods.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks.
Report any mechanical faults or incidents immediately.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the Motor Boy during loading, offloading, and deliveries.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements for Truck Driver:
SSCE (OND holders may apply).
Valid driver's license (appropriate class for heavy-duty vehicles).
Minimum of 10 years driving experience (preferably in logistics/haulage).
Proficient in navigating routes using Google Maps to ensure efficient and timely travel.
Good knowledge of Nigerian road networks.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
