Job Responsibilities
Carry out all minor maintenance on CNG skids and CNG trucks
Inspect and replace oil filters,gas filters and engine oil during routine servicing
Diagnose and fix brake related issues and other mechanical faults on CNG trucks
Inspect compressor belts,valves and fittings on skids and trucks
Ensure tightness of mechanical joints and fittings to prevent leaks
Maintain daily maintenance log all work carried out
Attend to all electrical and instrumentation issues on CNG skids and CNG trucks
Inspect and maintain control panels,electrical systems,and grounding systems
Carry out trouble shooting on motors,relays,switches and sensors
Perform periodic checks on earthing continuity and insulation resistant
Report major faults or repeat failures immediately for action
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule
Review and act on drivers checklist daily to promptly fix reported issues
