Key Responsibilities


Assist in teaching, student assessement, preparation of instructional materials and examinations
Participate in departmental meeetings, curriculum development and other unviersity activites as assigned
Participate in Nursing research, publications and academic conferences
Conduct didactic and clinical instruction to nursing students
Mentor and guide students in academic, spiritual and profession growth


Qualifications and skills


Minimum of a Master of Science Degree in the following Nursing Specialities(Medical Surgical, Community Health, Curriculum and instruction, Midwifery).
Have strong supervision skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership skills
Strong teaching and presentation skills
Research and analytical skills
Good organizational and teamwork abilities
Computer literacy
High Level of Integrity, professionalism, and Christian Values
2 years experience in Clinical and Didactic Instructions
Must have a Valid Practising License
Registered by the Nursing Council Of Kenya
