Duties and Responsibilities
Experience with front-end technologies, frameworks, APIs, and integrations
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes
Understanding of performance, scalability, security, and reliability considerations
Ability to follow coding and documentation standards
Experience supporting functional testing and defect resolution
Understanding of root cause analysis and quality practices
Ability to maintain technical documentation and implementation artefacts
Experience working within governance and release processes
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers during implementation
Understanding of UI principles and accessibility standards
Ability to convert UI designs into functional technical solutions
Ability to follow secure coding and deployment practices
Understanding of access control and secure data handling
Ability to support multiple delivery initiatives where required
Ability to onboard quickly into existing systems and platforms
Working effectively within multiÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂdisciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
Working under defined timelines and adapting to changing priorities and demand
Qualifications and Experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
4 - 15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
Must have completed NYSC
Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and crossÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfunctional collaboration
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and deliveryÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfocused mindset.
