UI / UX Designer at Mikano

Job Objective / Purpose of Job


Employee should be highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development capabilities.
Employee will be responsible for designing user-centric digital interfaces and translating approved designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
This role requires both creative design expertise and solid coding proficiency.


Responsibilities


Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design intuitive, responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Ensure consistency with corporate branding and digital standards.
Continuously optimize user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Implement front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular (where applicable).
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both design and implemented projects.
Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework.
Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.
