UI / UX Engineer (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, and Consultant) at GVA Partners

Duties and Responsibilities


Experience with UI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Familiarity with front-end technologies, deployment processes, and version control
Understanding of performance, scalability, and accessibility considerations
Ability to follow coding and documentation standards
Ability to maintain UI documentation, user flows, and design specifications
Experience working within governance and release processes
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and usability standards
Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams
Awareness of secure front-end development and accessibility compliance
Understanding of secure data handling practices
Ability to support multiple products and design initiatives
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business and technical requirements
Ability to work effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams (product, engineering, QA, business)
Ability to work under defined timelines and adapt to changing priorities and demand


Qualifications and Experience required


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
4 - 15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
Must have completed NYSC
Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
