Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' PreOwned vehicle sales experience at a franchised dealership
Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Customer-focused with the ability to deliver a premium buying experience
Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
Sell preowned vehicles and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Prospect, follow up, and generate new business leads
Conduct product presentations and test drives with professionalism
Assist clients with trade-ins, finance, and delivery processes
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle features and industry trends
