Achieving sales target.
Maintains enough stock in the van in other to fulfil customers' requirement
Promoting sales through regular visits to customers and ensure retail merchandising.
Accountable for stocks in his/her van.
Ensure availability of the product at all retail outlets.
Ensure stocks are properly merchandised.
Ensure planned visits to customers.
Track and monitor competitors' products and activities.
Maintaining good relations with the customers.
Increase and maintain the existing customer base in the assigned territory.
Make daily sales and ensure to share activity report.
Should be able to Drive and Sell
Job Requirements
Possess Minimum of an NCE/OND.
Possess minimum of 6 months -1year sales experience, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector.
Must have a valid Driver's License and LSDRI certificate where applicable.
Knowledge of assigned routes and traffic laws is a must.
Must have very good and persuasive communication skills.
Candidate Must follow designated route plan with efficient use of SFA device.
Proficiency in the use of smart phone.
