Job Purpose
To operate the company sales van and achieve agreed business targets through effective execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Experience & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales with proven KPI achievement
Strong experience in Van Sales within the FMCG industry
Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales targets with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of Warri routes and retail trade channels
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
N120,000 Gross Monthly Salary
N120,000 Variable Pay
N52,000 Conveyance Allowance (applicable to candidates not close to designated pick-up points).
