Job Description
The Van Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, ensuring product availability, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock (zero-credit policy).
Drive product distribution, visibility, and availability.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
Ensure pricing compliance and timely submission of sales reports.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
1 - 3 years' sales experience (FMCG experience is an advantage).
Valid driver's license and practical driving experience (mandatory).
Good communication skills and knowledge of the assigned market.
Tech-savvy, target-driven, disciplined, and accountable.
