Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Van Sales Representative to drive product distribution and sales within assigned routes.
he ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the company van to assigned routes to sell and distribute products to customers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within designated territories.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and accurate record-keeping.
Collect payments and issue receipts where necessary.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and route performance.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Proven experience in van sales, field sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Good knowledge of local routes and markets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
High level of integrity and accountability.
