Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution:


Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new potential clients.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets.
Collect payments from customers promptly and accurately.
Ensure proper display and visibility of company products at retail outlets.
Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Plan and execute efficient daily sales routes to maximize productivity.
Manage and maintain the company-provided sales vehicle in good condition.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.


Qualifications


SSCE and others
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry loads.
Proficiency in using mobile devices.
Knowledge of the FMCG industry and relevant product categories.
Must reside in Calabar, Cross River State, and Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
