Job Summary


The Van Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales in assigned routes/territories,
distributing products and driving the company's Van.
The ideal candidate is preferably male and must be able to drive.


Key Responsibilities


Carefully map out routes and identify new territories / customers and growth opportunities.
Deliver company's products to customers along assigned routes.
Generate Orders, issue invoices and collect payments as required.
Achieve sales targets as set by the Company.
Ensure Van is roadworthy before departure.
Maintain accurate stock records.
Maintain good customer relationship and escalate complaints appropriately.


Qualifications and Experience


Minimum of HND in any field.
2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG or direct sales.
Valid driver's license and excellent knowledge of Nigeria's road route.
Ability to drive long distances.


Skills:


Strong customer relationship management.
Accountability and Grit.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Risk analysis.
Fluent in English and at least one Nigerian local dialect.
