Key Responsibilities
Execute daily van sales routes to assigned retail outlets and distributors
Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify new sales outlets to expand market coverage
Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at point of sale
Collect payments and reconcile daily sales with cash/stock records
Maintain the assigned sales van in good condition and ensure safe driving practices
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor
Requirements
Valid Driver\'s License
Valid LASDRI (Lagos State Drivers\' Institute) card
Prior experience in FMCG van/route sales is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
