Role Overview
The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products directly to retailers, managing van inventory, executing daily routes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned routes
Load, stock, and manage products in the sales van
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product promotions, tastings, and visibility activities
Prepare and submit daily sales and market reports
Requirements & Qualifications
National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
1 - 2 years' sales experience (FMCG or beverage preferred)
Age: 25 - 45 years
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Experience in driving a Mitsubishi Canter Truck
Physically fit to handle loading and offloading of products
Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors
