What you will do:
Lead ASP workforce planning to ensure sufficient, competent field resources aligned with rollout demand.
Drive ASP performance management, monitoring delivery KPIs, quality trends, and adherence to SLAs.
Strengthen ASP capability through structured coaching programs, targeted upskilling, and competence development plans.
Ensure governance & compliance with technical standards, HSE policies, and deployment processes across all ASPs.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination with PMO, Quality, Technical Support, and Logistics to remove deployment blockers.
Manage mentors, supervisors in region, creating better competent ASP.
Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce defects, improve delivery efficiency, and standardize best practices
