Vessel & Terminal Coordination Support (Operations) at Workforce Group

We're seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support seamless vessel berthing, sailing, and terminal coordination across Nigerian ports.


Key Focus Areas:


Liaising with vessel captains, terminals, port authorities (NPA, NIMASA) and internal teams
Managing vessel ETA data, cargo information, berthing plans, and sailing documentation
Ensuring timely NIMASA clearances, regulatory compliance, and fee processing
Monitoring reefers, manifests, and import documentation
Supporting cost control and operational reporting through TMS, VCI, and GVA guidelines
Participating in voyage and port performance meetings


What We're Looking For:


HND/OND or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in vessel operations or a shipping agency environment
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
A strong team player with customer-service focus
