Job Responsibilities
Provide professional advice to clients on animal feeding, production, and sanitary management.
Assist the field sales team with technical support.
Vaccinate animals and prevent infectious diseases.
Diagnose, treat, and manage animal diseases and injuries.
Ensure the general health and well-being of animals under care.
Operate diagnostic and treatment equipment effectively.
Collect and analyze blood, tissue, and other biological samples.
Conduct disease diagnosis and provide recommendations for control and prevention.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a recognized institution (mandatory).
Additional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of three (3) years post-NYSC experience in poultry and food animal disease diagnostics and control.
Must not be older than 30 years.
Male candidates preferred.
