Job Description
The Vetters will be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying documents, and ensuring all prospective security personnel meet company standards.
The ideal candidate should be thorough, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct background checks on prospective security personnel.
Verify identification, residential addresses, guarantor information, and employment history.
Ensure all documents submitted during recruitment are authentic and complete.
Maintain accurate and well-organized verification records.
Liaise with guarantors, referees, and previous employers where necessary.
Report findings promptly to the HR/Operations Team.
Support the recruitment team with screening and documentation processes.
Uphold the company's standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
OND / NCE / BSc / HND in any field.
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of security operations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
