Job Description
To lead, manage and deliver the Energy & Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions capability for a portfolio of complex clients, ensuring the effective end-to-end design and implementation of client-centric lending solutions that deliver exceptional client experience, grow Investment Banking revenue, protect market share, and reinforce CIB's position as the "Go-To" Lending Bank.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or related field
Experience Required
8-10 years
Experience concluding and leading complex Debt Solutions across a single portfolio such as product, sector, client or country.
Experience in complex debt structuring, deal execution, lobbying for support from corporate functions, and collaborating across product teams within a large bank.
Experience coaching, managing, leading and coordinating teams, including delegation, prioritisation, KPI setting and performance discussions.
Experience partnering specialist risk areas, monitoring portfolios, managing risk and exposure, and interpreting relevant regulatory frameworks
