About the Role
At Crea8torium, we're building the number one ecosystem for creators in the world.
Without content, we can't do this and video content is a major part of this.
As our Video Editor, you'll shape the raw footage from our show and original content into engaging videos that reflect the Crea8torium spirit while leaning into storytelling.
What You'll Do
Long-Form Editing: Edit full-length episodes of the Crea8torium Show to a high standard, maintaining narrative flow and energy throughout.
Short-Form Editing: Cut clips and social-first content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Original Videos: Edit any original non-show video content in an engaging manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to deliver assets on time and on brief.
Consistency: Maintain Crea8torium's visual and editorial standard across every format and every cut.
Core Responsibilities
Every video that leaves Crea8torium is polished, purposeful, and delivered on time.
Requirements
The Kind Of Video Editor You Are:
Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form video with a portfolio to show for it.
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
Solid understanding of pacing, sound design, and colour grading.
Able to deliver clean, videos consistently and on deadline.

Comfortable experimenting and trying new approaches.
Take ownership; you don't wait for permission to fix things.
Immaculate attention to detail while balancing speed with quality.
