Summary
The Video Editor will be a key member of the Marketing & Growth team, responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and optimizing video assets across all company channels including social media, website, YouTube, paid advertising, events, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos from raw footage.
Create trending, platform-optimized content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
Apply motion graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
Add subtitles/captions in English and any required local languages.
Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity.
Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, length, resolution, file size).
Work closely with Digital Marketing Officer, social media/Community Manager, and Graphic Designers on campaign deliverables.
Shoot occasional simple videos or BTS footage when required.
Maintain organized project files and asset library.
Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
Support live events and real-time video editing when needed.
Deliverables
Weekly content as scheduled in the marketing calendar.
Campaign videos, product explainers, testimonials, ads, and event highlights.
Multiple versions of videos for different platforms.
Proper archiving and handover of all project files.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
